Promar was created when three guys got together: a builder, a financial guy, and a cheerleader. It began with the acquisition of one of Lambertville’s iconic buildings, Holcombe Hall — which has been thoughtfully restored Probert Construction and is now home to its ground floor tenant Imbue Creative.

Since then, the company has extended its reach and acquired three neighboring properties — growing the complex to four adjacent properties within the same block. 

 

The complex includes 15 residential units; each with their own character and charm and off-street parking. In addition, Lambertville Square has five commercial units that occupy the ground floors of each building.
